PHYSICAL THERAPY BASED INJURY REHABILITATION AND PREVENTION
Injuries may occur from cumulative or acute trauma. My goal always is to help you gain or restore maximal range of motion and quality of movement through ongoing assessment and adjustment of manual techniques, modalities, and therapeutic exercises throughout the rehabilitative process.
Every body is unique and responds to changes differently which is why I customize very specific and complex techniques that require strong attention to form and correct progressions. Working on flexibility can benefit everyone but stretching alone without proper instruction and guidance may not be as effective or may cause injury to occur.
